About JB
Hi all! My name is Letty and I am a mom of 1 beautiful baby boy. For as long as I can remember I have always been a crafty person, creating hand made things from winter wear to jewelry & costumes. My grandma taught me to knit when I was 5 years old, and by the time I was 13 I had taught myself to crochet. Crocheting quickly became my favourite creative outlet.
I started making dish clothes every Christmas for my friends and family, which led to beach cover ups and dresses. I then began making adorable bunny lovies for all the new moms in my life. In early 2021 I found out I was going to be a mother myself. This heightened my love & passion for crafting handmade, unique items for my baby and his nursery. It was my own way of bonding with him while he was still in my tummy. From stuffies to blankets and pillows, everything I made was inspired by my son.
Baby Jameson arrived unexpectedly 5 weeks early! In the time that we spent in the hospital we met so many wonderful nurses. One took a particular liking to the Dino I crocheted for J, and encouraged me to make Dinos for other mamas and babies. Thusly, with the help of my husband, the idea for JB Baby Designs began.
We are over the moon to share this dream with you!
